You will receive a renewal form in the mail about 3-4 weeks prior to your license’s expiration date. The renewal form is not available online, nor can it be faxed. If you need a duplicate form please call, 775-353-2360, so one can be mailed to you. You will need to fill in your gross receipts figure from the previous 12 months. Follow the instructions on the form to determine your renewal fees. For general business licenses, you will pay $80 plus $1 for every $1,000 over $10,000 in gross receipts.
