If you are no longer in business or you sell your business, you must close your license.  The new owner of the business must apply for a new license.  The renewal form may be used to close your license.  Just fill in the date your business closed in the grey box located in the top half of the form where it states “Date Business Closed.”  Enter your gross receipts from the date of your last renewal to the date the business closed.  You will need to pay the appropriate fees for gross receipts, EXCLUDING the $80.  The $80 fee is for renewing only.
