Administrative Services Department: Administer and oversee internal support services and support personnel within the city, including department policies and procedures, business plan development and annual budget preparation to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee business planning and operations related to Benefits/Risk Management, Emergency Management, Governmental Affairs, Human Resources and Information Technology. Manage citywide and regional projects as assigned by the City Manager.
The Administrative Service Director is responsible for negotiating and administering labor agreements (7 bargaining groups), resolutions (4 non-represented groups) and grievance and contract interpretations. Current labor agreements and resolutions are available below:
